(Grilled Salmon)

Spray two 8-oz salmon filets with oil. Grill each side of filet approximately 3-4 minutes on medium heat with a cover over them. Rotate twice during cooking and grill them to your temperature doneness. Finish with Spicy Nước Mắm sauce and top filets with mỹ linh's shredded ginger. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.

(Duck with Ginger Sauce)
2 servings

Two 10-12 oz duck breasts (skinless)
2 oz ginger root
2 oz white wine
6 oz pickled shredded ginger (can be purchased atmỹ linh )

Skin the ginger root and pound it. Add the pounded ginger and 2 oz of white wine to approximately 3 cups of water in the pan. Place 2 duck breast filets into the boiling water. Boil the duck breast filets for approximatel. 15 minutes. Strain, slice, and top them with mỹ linh's Spicy Nước Mắm and pickled shredded ginger. Serve with rice and fresh cucumber slices.
