REFUND POLICY: 

We offer a 14 day Money Back Unconditional Guarantee from the date that the order is placed on our un-opened products. Please email customer service at info@mylinhatasteofvietnam.com in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of purchase date. All shipping cost on returned products is responsibilities of the purchaser.

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
